You will never be able to make everyone in the world like you for who you are, your opinion and your way of thinking. But why do we try? Why do we continue to fool ourselves? We don't try because we think that someone else will like us. No one in this life can make us like them, but it is our choice to be liked or not liked.

Nobody likes every person in this world. Even though you may want to make everyone like you, there is no guarantee that they will, also if they do so what does it matter? To change someone's mind is difficult and takes a lot of time and effort which most people don't have the time or patience for so they ignore others and eventually become indifferent towards others.
